As the Webmaster for Best Paper Shredder Reviews I am particularly fond of SimplyShred™ paper shredders, because I own one! Perhaps like some of you, I grew tired of buying cheap shredders that wore out after just moderate usage. During April of 2009, I decided to step-up and buy a better paper shredder; figuring this would be money well-spent in the long run. I began by looking at shredders sold at Amazon.com; paying particular attention to customer reviews. It was there that I saw the SimplyShred™ Heavy Duty, 12-Sheet Crosscut Shredder. It retailed at Amazon for $87.00. As I began to peruse the reviews for this model, I saw a video-review that demonstrated this shredder doing everything the specifications claimed it could do. The video showed this shredder chewing through 12 sheets of paper in a single pass, and also shredding CDs and credit cards. I needed no further information after watching this video, and went directly to “add to cart.” My purchase from Amazon was flawless, as usual; and I had my new shredder about a week after ordering.
Forty months after receiving my SimplyShred™ shredder, it is still going strong. It tackles any shredding job I have with ease, and I expect it to meet my home-office and family shredding needs for several years. I like the 4-gallon pull-out bin for the shredded paper, and the casters which make this shredder easy to move around. I no longer worry about my shredder not being able to handle the job.
I can’t review my particular SimplyShred™ model at Best Paper Shredder Reviews, as the company no longer sells it. However, I do review other SimplyShred™ shredder models. I will close this by saying SimplyShred™ is a very reliable brand!
