Luckily, Curious George is a very simple looking cartoon character, so even people with limited artistic skill can get his face right on the cake’s top.
In order to decorate his face on a round cake pan, you need to start with a good picture. Pick one that shows his face clearly, and save it so that you can blow it up and print it.
