This is an Easter bunny shaped cake pan by Nordic Ware. It’s one cake pan, but you cook it twice then adhere the two pieces together to get a 3-D cake that looks really professional.
The cake is as difficult to decorate as you want it to be. 3-D cakes need a lazy susan to decorate it well. If not, you’ll have a hard time moving the cake around to get everything done. If you want to make
this easy, just use a spatula to spread icing all over the cake. Using an icing bag will make it pretty tough to get the job done, but you’ll have the freedom to add all of the detail that you want.
