Stainless Steel Kitchen Faucet Features

January 17, 2020 by Jennifer Melton Leave a Comment

While not the most difficult decision, kitchen faucets are definitely an important design factor for every sink. You want your faucet to complement style and décor, but even more than that, you want your faucet to do the washing, rinsing, spraying, and drenching that you need. For many, that decision is going to be from amongst the various styles of polished or brushed stainless steel kitchen faucets.

A stainless steel kitchen faucet is a typical faucet choice for a number of reasons. First, it will last you a lifetime. Second, it has a lifetime of tradition and quality behind it. Third, it’s beautiful to clean. And it always belongs. A few of the most popular brands are listed below for your shopping ease.

The Delta stainless steel kitchen faucet is available in one or two handle designs, with or without soap dispensers. Pull out styles are an option as well. Typically, these faucets range from $250 to $350.

Price Pfister stainless steel kitchen faucet, similar to the Delta designs, are somewhat less expensive. True to their name. Think about spending in the bracket of $150 to $275 for a Price Pfister, even with double handles and a soap dispenser. The pull down feature will barely add a penny to your faucet price.

Any Kohler stainless steel kitchen faucet has a great reputation behind it. Buying this brand name, you can find faucets in the lower bracket around two or three hundred dollars, or fancy pull out version that rocket over five hundred dollars. The Kraus stainless steel kitchen faucet also has a name brand of long lasting tradition behind it. Kraus prices are comparable to Kohler. You may pay for the name, but the name has years of backing behind it.

Danze designs are known for their beauty and elegance. You might call them high quality functional kitchen art. The Danze Parma stainless steel kitchen faucet, or Danze Opulence or Bellefleur, will cost well over two hundred dollars, but even their pull out versions can be found for just over three. Beautiful prices, too!

Looking at an Aquasource stainless steel kitchen faucet brings you into a much lower price range. You might find their single handle pull down faucets for under one hundred dollars. Aquasource has simple designs. Straight to the point. Ask your salespeople about it’s comparable quality.

These are only a handful of popular faucet manufacturers. There are dozens upon dozens more to consider, if you have the time and energy. You won’t see many feature variations, however. Single handled, double handled; with or without a soap dispenser; is a pull out or pull down option built in. Beyond that, you’re just choosing kitchen faucet style and class.
